Park Lane Project Management provide a full Building Control Compliance service including the preparation of Construction Drawings and structural calculations as well as submission of Commencement Notice Applications to your Local Authority. The new Building Regulations came into force in March 2014 requiring new builds and extensions to be certified by a registered professional prior to construction (design) and following completion.
Park Lane Project Management are Registered Building Surveyors under the Building Control Act 2007 and as such can act as the Assigned Certifier at design stage and upon completion.
