Building Surveying
An experienced Building Surveyor and Construction Engineer with over 25 years experience in construction, with a diverse range of experience in residential and commercial property surveying.

Edmund previously worked in the UK from 1985 to 1996 as a project engineer / manager on various high profile commercial developments. He returned to Ireland in 1996 and commenced practice here, maintaining an office in London and a staff of four surveyors. I recent years he has been involved in measured building surveys on some high end commercial / residential developments in London.

 

Project Management
Edmund has worked on bespoke, high end, houses, major house refurbishment, and re-modelling of existing apartments and houses. He brings a mix of construction experience, design and project management to each project.
He has been involved in the design and construction of large scale housing developments, with schemes ranging from 130 to 500 houses, with a mix of private, social and affordable housing.
